Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit: U.S. Department of State website.

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity on their passport after their return trip date.

Travel Insurance is always encouraged (but completely optional) to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.

• Without insurance, you may not receive a refund should your plans change.

• Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.

• Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States.

The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group under a special contract. This contract allows them to offer exclusive benefits to their guests.

To honor their wishes, we kindly ask that you book your hotel stay through our designated group contract with Forever Together Travel.

What Happens If You Book Outside the Group?

❌ You won’t receive the group rate.
❌ You’ll need to pay in full upfront instead of having a payment plan.
❌ You won’t receive pre-departure or post-trip support from me.
❌ I won’t be able to assist with any travel arrangements or emergencies related to your trip.
❌ You may be required to purchase a day pass to attend wedding events—availability is limited and not guaranteed.
